Erin Gray is a Canadian-American writer and educator based in Oakland, CA. Her writing has appeared in The International Feminist Journal of Politics, Open Letter: A Canadian Journal of Writing and Theory, GLQ: A Journal of Lesbian and Gay Studies, and Panorama: Journal of the Association of Historians of American Art. She is a PhD Candidate in History of Consciousness at UC Santa Cruz, where she teaches and writes about feminist critical theory and black studies; visual studies, aesthetics, and performance; and political violence, affect, and historiography.
