Mitch Coppin lives in Loomis, California, where he raises California Red Sheep and has a small vineyard. He
attending the Apprenticeship program to learn how to grow crops in an environmentally responsible way. His dream is to establish an organic vegetable and flower farm cooperative where urban farmers can participate in planting, growing, harvesting and retailing the produce they grow.
